Summary: The staff was wonderful. So helpful and friendly. The upper deck had a beautiful view. Just needed some heaters. The room was small, but it was fine. We loved the Tempur-Pedic mattresses, but they use a flat sheet on the bottom instead of a fitted sheet which made the bed lumpy since nothing was keeping the mattress pad and extra padding stay taut. The sliding bathroom doors sounded like the entire building was shaking, so that made for a noisy rest.
